Filtering softly through my window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aroma of tea
That finds me before the day begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The scent of the earth
Rising quietly from deep within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The melody
Of my mother’s gentle humming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cheerful laughter
Of people somewhere in the distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of them…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are the quiet peace that life offers us\u2014
A peace so difficult to describe,
Like the light waiting
At the end of every tunnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A warmth
That can only be felt in the heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not something to be explained,
Only experienced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A feeling
You never grow tired of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This peaceful life…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But then…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was life?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was peace?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was peace found within life,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or was life found within peace?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which one came first?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don’t know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I know this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peace was never
A place to search for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the context of the International Summer School<\/a> 2026, students from New Zealand, Brazil\/Israel, China, Taiwan, Greece, Cyprus\/UK, Sweden, Finland, Hongkong, England and Switzerland came together at the Zurich University of Teacher Education. As part of the event \u201eGamification in Education\u201c (Franziska Spring & Peter Holzwarth), the students also dealt with the topic of \u201eLife Skills, mindfulness and games\u201c. The playful and mindful use of language was also a topic. The simply constructed poem \u201ePleasures\u201c by Bertolt Brecht was adapted as a remake<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
